  • Ask yourself where you feel you are stuck/stagnating. 

Those are the areas that need a real motivation boost. You are lacking pleasure. Find it by creating a rewarding plan of action: 

WHY will you feel proud of yourself when you complete a specific goal ? 

Remind yourself of this “Why” every day, it’s your motivation key. 

  • Take into consideration the things you already completed. Feel deeply into the satisfaction around it until you are 100% aware of how amazing you did.
