  • Start your day with yoga/gym/meditation

  • Write down all the harmful beliefs you have about yourself + your life

    • Cancel them

    • Replace them with new positive beliefs

  • Block all the unnecessary drama from your life (either mentally by writing their names in your journal and crossing their names AND/OR physically through social media) 

    • Block people who hurt you from social media

    • Block your exes

    • Block people who disapprove of your lifestyle choices
