  • Try a different work out routine

Find out what makes you feel good: is it an activity such as boxing or more like yoga ? Do you like to be sitting down and stretching or outdoors running ? Do you need to mix things up ?

Never let yourself suffer with the wrong workout routine. We have preferences for a reason. Do what YOU enjoy. Workout is not PAIN, it’s movement. 

  • Try operating from your heart today while doing anything

Stop an activity when you feel like stopping

Talk to somebody just because you feel like it

Indulge in your senses guilt free 

Do something that doesn’t feel rational or make sense to your logical mind

Act from a place of innocent selfishness
