About Lesson

  • What is your best memory ? How did you feel ? Describe it. That’s your best tool: remembering positive feelings. Keep writing down all the things that truly made you feel good (people, moments, places, a personality trait). This will trick your mind into getting addicted to positive feelings. 

  • Bring something to the forefront that was hidden: a talent of yours, a wish you had as a child, a crazy dream, something you labelled as “impossible” or “dumb”, it’s your secret weapon. When you start embracing something that you labelled as “shameful”, you break the barriers of fear. 

Find it and affirm: It’s okay for me to want xxx, to be xxx, to seek xxx etc.
