  • Make a list of all the problems you are facing in your daily life

Face them, decide that in your mind, they will occupy NO space because now they have been put in writing.

Affirm ‘ I let go of these problems and surrender to their resolution, no matter the time and place, they will be resolved by the Universe”

  • Make a list of all the “internal” obstacles such as beliefs, thoughts and feelings that are holding you back from one (or many) of your wishes 

For example “I believe its impossible for me to quit my job and still be financially secure” 

When you are done listing them, burn the piece of paper 

  • Meditation to bring in NEW positive beliefs and energy (6min)
