Speak to your subconscious mind directly and say this is what I look like *list of features* 

  • Ground these changes by speaking them into the mirror directly this time 

Repeat multiple times a day

Drink LOTS of water

  • Sleep with these affirmations under your pillow (your night might be agitated so do it until it feels like too much energy)
